It's a New Day

OMFG. If you've been checking up on my fanart site (which you should be, grrrrrr if you're not), you've seen the Adam Brody blend I did and the add effects Benji and Joel challenge I did. Well the AB one? IT WON SILVER!!! My previous best was bronze, and now I got silver! And the blend that beat me? Fucking awesome, it so deserved to win.

But then there's the Add Effects. Wanna know what I got for that? I GOT GOLD!!!!!> OMFG I GOT GOLD!!!!!!!! BEST I'VE EVER DONE WHEEEEEEEEEE THIS IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE TIME I GOT BRONZE! The second I saw that, my jaw literally dropped. Then I grinned a lot and bragged to Annie ;) But OMFG THIS IS SO FREAKING AWESOME YAY! I'll put up the awards later on my fanart site. Wheeeeeeeee this is such a... mood up-lifter. Seriously, if you're depressed, make some blends and win awards! Well I suppose you can't control the winning part. But... it seriously is awesome. Yay :D

Ok that's it. Questions tomorrow, because even though I read the ones I have so far, I'm too lazy to answer them tonight (It's 11:35, ok? I can be lazy). Um, layout being made possibly tomorrow. Spectrum tomorrow, 1-5 if you wanna come. I don't think there's TRL tomorrow. *random* Uh... that's it, far as I can tell. I'll go bask in my glory some more now.

New layout up at my fanart site =) Yes, already. Well, the other layout was just so plain. Last night when I was putting it together, I didn't really like it, but I really really love it now. So yay for that. I want to put up a new layout here, but I don't want to have to deal with making it. Sigh, I'm so lazy. I know exactly what the next one will be, but I have yet to like... figure out what I want it to look like exactly. Maybe I'll work on it later. Depends on how bored I get.

heh.. i ran out of questions.

That's not a bad thing, Jackie.

look at meee i typing in the quesiton box!!

Um... yay?

i think you'd find it annoying...

I might if I knew what it was.

i like this quesiton box i think its fun

Again... yay?

You people need to actually start asking questions in the question box. ;)

I'm going to die this year. I didn't really fully realize it til right now, but I'm going to die this year. I mean, I'm in all honors, French 2, and marching band. 8th grade was tough enough... how am I going to survive all honors classes? I shouldn't been in honors english and honors global. Well I mean, I should, it's not like... I don't have the scores. But.. I don't want to. Gr now I'm pissed at my mom. She was all earlier "Oh, of course you're going to be in all honors! You're too smart not to! You'd be bored in the normal English class!"

Ok first off? That's a complete fucking lie. It's not like the non-honors English class is like "Ok, read Green Eggs and Ham and write a paragraph about where you would like to eat your green eggs and ham." It's still hard, it's just slightly less pressure. And plus, hello?! Did you ever consider that maybe I would love to be bored?! Let's think about this: 2 hours English homework a night, or being bored. Oh, now that's a tough choice. I have no idea how I would be able to choose between the two. UGH FUCK THIS I should just fail out of honors English (which I'll probably do anyways inadvertantly) and be moved into normal English 1. Yes, I'll just wait for the inevitable to happen. That's my best bet.

I don't want to go to high school. Can't I just stay in middle school for a few more years?

Blah, nothing but answering questions. And go see my fanart site! Need to plug a lot ;)

can you feel it? Its coming! RUN FOR YOUR LIIIIIIIIIVESSSSSSSS

...I'll pass.

WHICH CHEEEEKSSS?!?!!?

Not yours.

what makes you angry, outside things in the category of music?

People. Stupid people (and I don't necessarily mean people who can't like write a perfect essay or do poorly in school, I mean really stupid people), racist people, bible-thumpers (...it's a term for people who force their religion on you without possibly considering you have a right to your opinion. It's usually Christians, hence the bible part.), the person who decided writing essays determined how smart you are and how well you understand the material and that it should be used for everything ever, and people who judge other people based on their looks. Oh, and Hilary Duff. Just because she sucks. That good enough? There are plenty of other things (like... George W. Bush, war, etc.), but that's enough for now since somebody *coughIKNOWIT'SYOUJACKIEcough* sent in about 500 questions.

DOES ANNIE LOVE ME MORE OR DO I LOVE ANNIE MOREEE?! ANSWER I LOVE ANNIE MORE OR I'LL SING.

Well considering Annie cheats on her husband and everyone a lot... I'd say you probably love her more.

what's your favorite porn site?

I'm a 14-year old girl. I don't have a favorite porn site. I've never been to a porn site, and unless I become a teenage male sometime in the future, I probably never will.

if you found a quarter glued to the ground, would you pull it off with difficulty?

...I don't like change, so I wouldn't pick it up. Now if it was a dollar bill or something, that's a different case.

*poke* ....*pokeee* *pokeee until michelle decides to hit*

[Smiles innocently and picks up a flamethrower. Uses it.]

poke the bunny!

I'll pass.

would you ever stuff your butt and dance around saying, "someone squeeze my hooters!"?

I don't have hooters. And... how do you stuff your butt? O_o You know, I think I'm better off not knowing.

got milk? or any kind of bad aftertasted beverages that make you uncoordinated and blank?

I got Pepsi! ...no, wait, I finished it. Ok, got nothing.

can you eat jello under 30 minutes, even if its half the size of your fist? HUH ?!?! HUH, MICHELL!?!! *..SORT OF FLAILING... HURTING CHAIR IN BAD WAY*

I think the question is 'Why would I want to?' And the answer being, I don't. And you spelled my name wrong. :)

what's your ONE and only FAVORITE SONGGGGG? DONT SAY LIEK...10 SONGS.. SAY ONE. THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY CANT GET SICK OF

Um... well, based on the one song that I absolutely can't get sick of... that'd be "The Anthem". Because even though I saw the video 50 times on TRL and a bunch more just on normal MTV (when they rarely play videos) and on All Things Rock and heard it on the radio for months and listen to it constantly on my CD... it never fails to make me feel better. My favorite song used to be (like... all the way last summer) "I'm Just a Kid", but after awhile I kind of got sick of it. I still love the song, but it just isn't as... important anymore. Same with a lot of songs. But not with the Anthem. I can listen to it over and over and still want to listen to it more. So there you go, happy? I do think that there are better written songs, songs with better lyrics, and other really great songs, but... that's my absolute favorite. My other favorites change all the time, but that's stayed consistent since I first heard it.

I DONT WANT TO URINATE ON MYSELF I DONT WANT TO URINATE ON MYSELF I DONT WANT TO URINATE ON ANYONE ELSEE TOO BAD CUZ I CANT CONTROL MY BLADDER ANYMOREEEEEEEEEEE...

...yay?

WHAT'S WORSE THAN BEING KNEE DEEP IN QUICKSAND AND HAVING YOUR FRIENDS SHOVE YOU SO YOU SIT IN SEAWATER? HUH?! HUH?!

Having cuts on your legs (...no, not a cutter, I don't even know how I got the cuts on my legs actually, but that's irrelevant) and being pushed into the salt water and having your legs sting like hell and getting some salt water in your eye and having it sting like hell. That's worse. And besides, you fell down by yourself plenty of times.

...who would do things you would never do? ex. pee standing up, try to drown, steal smores from woodbridge while wearing a uni sweatshirt?!?! ...CAN you guess who i am?

I have no idea, Jackie. Oh, wait, look, I do.

WHO SHOULD DIE?

Right now, I'm thinking you =) But otherwise... George W. Bush, mainstream rap artists, Hilary Duff, and Alyssa Milano. Oh and Dawson. And no, don't tell me he's a fictional character (hee, first time I wrote that, it was "creature") and the show's over. He still needs to die.

didu realize by now i've asked at least 8 questions now?

It's been more than that. Trust me on this.

Spectrum Monday anyone? 'Cause Tiffany's in Big Bear today, so obviously we couldn't go today, but Monday? Labor Day and shit. :) Ok.

Now, I must plug something. It's a little, just opened site called Barbequetionist Blends. It's a personal fanart site. Oh, and another thing? It's my site.

OMFG I ACTUALLY FINISHED A SITE! THAT'S NOT A SHITTY TRIPOD SITE! AND THAT HAS A LAYOUT! AND AND... I INCREASED MY HTML KNOWLEDGE! AND IT'S COOL! AND GO LOOK OR I'LL SMACK YOU! =) Leave some comments on the tag-board at the site. Oh, and if you're a friend of mine with a blog and we're already linked together (...really meaning Annie and Tiffany), could you possibly link to it on your blog? Muchos thank-...os. Gracias. Yes. I knew that. But Thanksos sounds cooler! Anyways. Did I mention I made the site all by myself? 'Cause I did!

...yeah that's really all I came here to do. NOW GO SEE.

Beach Party was funner than I thought it would be. I got just a little wet. Just a little. Meaning, completely and totally soaked. Well, Jackie got more soaked than I did. It was fun, anyways. Blah, school starts in a week. Less than. Gr. *hits random stuff* JACKIE GIVE ME BACK ENDER'S GAME. God it takes you long to read O_o I finished that book in like... 2 days. It's been... 2 weeks!

Questions, yes. :)

*michelle says something sarcastic* REALLY?!?

*hit hit kill kill die die* =)

hey hey hey? REALLY REALLY REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? ....xD

Do you really want me to hurt you? 'Cause I will.

*poke*

You people need to get more creative.

Band Camp is over! Except we have to go back from 3-5 on Wednesday to practice drill so we won't forget it, or something. But band camp is over! Besides, 2 hours is a lot more tolerable than 6 hours. Today it sucked. March-athons? Are evil. And need to die. =) On the plus side, I got to watch TRL! And... BENJI! =) Happiness. And TRL is moving to 5 pm. You have no idea how perfect that is. Because even with marching band after school, I'll still be able to watch TRL! Yay for the ability to see Simple Plan videos/the few other good videos they occasionally play/and occasional GC/SP/etc. appearances.

Band Camp Beach Party thing tonight. Annie's going to be there... right?! RIGHT?!?!?!?!?!?! Ok. :) Cuz Woodbridge is having one too. And Tiffany's coming. So... yayness.

Question time :)

I don't think I'm ever going to get my guitar -_-; stupid stupid stupidddddddddd is it all? or NOTHING AT ALL WITH A SIMPLE TELEPHONE CALL YOU LEAVE ME HERE NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!! almost-getting-plastic-clarinet-ness alert!

*pat pat* Poor Annie. And... lay off the drugs, mkay? :)

CAN ANYBODY STOP THE MELTING CHOCOLATE@!!1111

No.

what's your opinion on cloning? imean... why cant we? we have copy machines... its basically a cloning device except it only works 2d. Imean... if you had a cloning machine instead of a copying maching, you'd be able to duplicate packets or stuff....instead of having to do it one by one.

I understand the reasons why people are against cloning, but personally I'm fine with it. It could definitely help a lot of things. I know the downsides, but I think a lot of good could come out of it.

sorry my question was long. :)

S'all good ;)

peeekaboo! ERRRR.. yes i realize this isnt a question.

Really? Hadn't noticed.

its been more then a year right? right? ...i dono i know so much stuff that...i just get stuff mixed up.

Like I said, I was under the impression that it had been for longer than a year, but I don't know. I don't know them, and I doubt very many of you reading this know either. He's been sober for awhile. Let's just leave it at that, all right?

Do you yo momma?

Yes, I my momma often.

All right, that's done with.

Good Charlotte won VMA for Viewers Choice Award, so yay for GC :) I didn't expect them to win a single thing, so I wasn't really that upset when they didn't win the other awards, and this one was pretty shocking too. Benji kissed Billy's cheek during their performance! I laughed a lot :D:D:D

Ok, I would get to questions but... I got 6 hours of sleep last night and I'm exhausted and I want to get in registration and stuff. So anyways.

Um, registration was good. I saw Jamie! ...not Goto (sp?). My friend. From elementary and swim team. I got a locker under hers. And I saw Yasmin, another elementary/swim team friend. Um, I saw other people! Tiffany and Lulu and Sarah and Tina and Adri (briefly) and etc. :) My schedule thus far is Honors Geometry, Honors English, Honors Global, Honors Coordinated Science [I don't think Jackie should be in that cuz she's not very coordinated... heh ok, bad joke, but it had to be made], Concert Band, French 2, and marching band. And may I just say that I think Lulu is really stupid for taking geometry this summer so she could take Algebra 2 this year? I really don't see the point. It's one thing to be really really smart like Jackie and just go straight to Algebra in 7th grade, but it's another to waste your summer in geometry so you can take algebra 2 a year before you're supposed to. There's no point in doing that anyways! I mean, if you're so smart Lulu and already know all the honors Geometry material, why not just take the class and have one less class to worry about, one semi-easy class? That's what I would do. It's stupid to push yourself even farther than you need to. AND THERE'S NO POINT IN TAKING ALGEBRA 2 IN 9TH GRADE!!!

You know that sectional I was bitching about? So totally and completely worth it. It was the best time I've had at band camp so far. I mean first of all, we ended normal band at like 3:10. Then the band director asked for how long and they said an hour and then she was all "THAT'S RIDICULOUS, THEY'VE ALREADY BEEN OUT IN THE SUN FOR MORE THAN THREE HOURS AND THEY HAVE A PERFORMANCE TONIGHT! You have until 3:30!" and such. Then the section leaders argued for about 10 minutes about what we should work on. By the time we actually got out there, we only had time to run drill once. Plus, nobody was taking it seriously, and I laughed a lot.

I think that's it. I'm tired now. Bah. But yay for GC! =)

Wednesday, August 27, 2003

Band camp sucks. And tomorrow I have to be there at 7 for registration. And then I have a sectional after band camp for an hour because we suck. I don't want to have to stay an hour longer than band camp x.x I don't even know what we're going to do. Work on the music? Work on marching? Work on playing the music while marching? I better practice tonight. And then at 6:30 we have to go back there and at 7:00 we have to perform for our parents. I don't look forward to tomorrow in the slightest x.x Gr. Hm, what else? VMA's tomorrow night. I think I'll be back in time to watch it. I should probably start taping just in case. Well, it's MTV and they'll rerun it 100 times anyways, so I guess it doesn't matter. Anyways

Questions!

guess who i am :3 *feeling tricky and bored late at night*

I'm going to guess... Adri, cuz she's the only one of my friends that I know does the :3 face, she stays up late at night, and I know she reads my blog. So there's my guess.

does joel acctually have a promise ring or did he take it off?

Don't know, sorry. :$ Basically what I've heard about Benji and him is that they're still virgins and will still be until they're married or something. No idea how true it is, and I think I've heard something about a promise ring before, but I could just be confusing that with Paige from For Love or Money, a stupid reality show that sucked me in and then spat me back out. Or something with less imagery. But yeah. I don't know, because I don't know him.

i relly dont have a question but i jus wante to say dis site iz really kool! :P

Thanks! =)

is benji really sobor 4 a year?

I really don't know. :$ I do know a lot about GC, but not that much. Well, I do know that he has been sober for awhile. I don't know if it's been exactly a year, but I was under the impression that it had been for awhile. That's all I know.

Ok, that's it for now.

I forgot; question time!

wtf .. why is there a question that says who would i, JACKIE BAE, like? ...O

Jackie, I thought about this and... I have no idea what you're talking about. Because... you can't see the questions that other people sent in just from my site. I think what happened was you typed in the box or whatever and a dropdown thing happened and you could see old questions that you asked in a box similar to this there. Because I think that I even remember that from an old quiz you made or something. But nobody sent in that question. So, anyways. There's your answer.

I hate band camp. Yes... this is Annie.

Word.

Wheeeeeeeeee new episode of the O.C.! I love Adam Brody. I love Seth. =)

Ok, so first off, if you happen to have not seen the episode and don't want to know what happened in it, then don't read this post. Ok? Ok.

Second off. Quotes first! Well, I don't remember every single quote, but I think I got most of them. However, pretty much everything Seth said was hilarious, so I might've missed some of his stuff. I know there were a few funny quotes that I completely forgot.

Seth: If this has to do with the rug, Ryan had nothing to do with it.
Kirsten: What about the rug?
Seth: ...I should go now.

Seth: Dude, you're a Cohen now. Welcome to a life of insecurity and paralyzing self-doubt!

Seth: Mom, don't say underpants.

Marissa: What are you doing here?
Ryan: I had an appointment with my personal shopper.

Summer: Every girl needs a white knight.
Seth: [sidles up] Seth Cohen, white knight.

Seth: Uh, if this is about the vase...
Sandy: What vase?
Seth: Uh... nevermind.

Marissa: Hey you're uh... at my house.

Ryan: I don't dance [or I don't know how to dance or something]
Seth: Neither do I, I just move well.

Summer: What am I supposed to do? (about having an escort to the cotillion)
Seth: [coughs and whistles]

Luke: I'd b epretty jealous nhere if Chino [Ryan] wasn't gay. What, no, it's ok. He was born that way.
Ok that is really only funny because of that thing with Tina and everyone on Saturday, and the "It's not your fault! You were born that way."

Seth: [about pre-Cotillion party, when Girl said she does it every year] You didn't do it last year.
Girl: Yes I did.
Seth: Ouch.

Seth: I can think of a reason.
It's all in the context, and in AB's delivery, so... a lot of stuff, and this especially, really don't seem funny. But they are. Trust me on this.

Seth: That means somewhere down the line, I'm going to have to do something for you. I don't know what it'll be, but it's going to be awesome.

Seth: Wow, you're a really good barbequetionist.

Seth: Could you at least be a little stoked about tomorrow? [off Summer's look] Fair enough.

Seth: You just got your butt kicked and didn't even fight back. You really are a Cohen! [or something]

Seth: You could totally kick his [Luke's] ass though, right?
Ryan: Yeah.
Seth: Cool.

Kirsten: You're not going either?
Seth: I wanted to go 20 minutes ago.

Seth: Kinda took the wind out of my sails there, but yes.

Ryan: So we're gonna go. To Cotillion. [glances at Marissa with a kind of... eyebrow action... and... *sigh*]
It's all in the facial expressions and the delivery, but that just cracked me up.

Seth: Oh you're sensitivity is really... non-existent.

Seth: No, no, we're gonna go this way.

Kirsten: I haven't seen you in a fight since... ever.
Sandy: Now you know why.

Seth: You think I can see you again?
Anna: No.
Seth: Oh, ok.

Ok, so anyway. I really liked this episode. I need to say that off the bat. I don't really have a list of favorites since I think all the episodes have been awesome so far, there's only been four episodes so I can't judge really which are the high points yet, and... well, who cares when it involves Adam Brody? Anyways, that said, there were a few things that sucked about it. First off, Anna. I. Hate. Anna. She sucked more than Summer. You know, I'm going to go more off tangent on that later, but I really don't see the SUmmer hate. Yes she sucks, but that's her purpose. What I really hate are characters that aren't meant to suck but do. And the reason Anna sucked wasn't even the character (although the sailing to Tahiti bit? Waaaaay too much.), but the actress, completely and totally sucked. Her line delivery was horrible. I'd much prefer Seth with Summer than Anna. She came off kind of condescending to me, and also somewhat rude. The worst of all was when Ryan showed up and she said something like "Just go." It was horrible. IMO, the scene was supposed to come off with Anna not angry, but kind of sarcastic/joking when she says that and to hint that she knows Ryan likes Marissa and would rather be her escort than hers and that really, she'd rather be Seth's and if he goes with Marissa then everything will work. However, it definitely did not come off that way. It seemed like Anna was sort of angry at him and very rude. That was it. Like, actress-who-played-Anna? Heard of, I don't know, trying to act? Or act with more than just one emotion, or than just a flat sort of delivery? See James Van Der Beek of an example of what your acting is like and what you should stay away from. See Joshua Jackson to find layers and awesome acting. In fact, she should have just watched Benjamin McKenzie (Ryan on The O.C.). I mean, that boy can act. Seriously, he can convey many emotions in just one facial expression. And his facial expressions jsut rock. Point being? Anna? Sucks. Hated her. She better just stay in Tahiti. Or maybe drown on the way over there.

Anyways, so the whole Anna thing just sucked ass. Also, this show is running along the lines of completely and totally reptitive. I mean, a fight in every episode. Seth saying awesome in every episode (granted, I like that repitivity [...is that even a word? I don't think so.]). Other... stuff. Luke being jealous of Ryan. Luke accusing people of being gay. Seriously. There are other plotlines you could venture into. And from the preview (...and all the spoilers I read...) it seems as there will be another fight in the next episode. Like wow, how original.

And dude, the guy punching out Jimmy at the Cotillion? What the hell? I mean... you'd think he would at least drag him outside to kick his ass. I realize that he was pissed off, but he could've waited.

And because it can't be said enough: ANNA SUCKS.

On to the good points. Because they were many. Well, first of all... Adam Brody. Seth. Dude, every line out of his mouth was priceless. He seriously has just the best lines. And the dancing, and the motions (when he turned down Summer and when he was talking to Ryan about moving well), and the bed bouncing. Priceless. I am really liking Ryan/Marissa. I didn't think I would, but I do. BMK totally sells it. And Mischa Barton is definitely improving, so yay to that.

God, what else? The episode was really good. I still think it's a great show and can't wait til next week.

Ok, now onto... opinions. What, you thought those were my opinions? Nooo... that was the episode run-down! I now must give my opinions on different things I've seen talked about.

Summer: I do not get all the hate! I mean yes, she's a bitch but... isn't that her purpose? I don't hate characters that are meant to be complete bitches. Well, I'll take that back, because that's not always true, but I'm making a point here. Dawson sucked. Why? Because while the writers intended for him to come off as a great, nice, whole-hearted, pure guy, he came off as a complete self-righteous, condescending asshole. He wasn't meant to be an asshole, but he completely was. Now, Summer, she's meant to be a bitch. I don't know, I just like her character. I mean, I like her in the sense that I hate her, and that's why I like her. You know?

Luke: Now I'm the opposite on him; I don't get why people like him. I have hated him throughout everything. I know that he saved Ryan from the fire. Which he created himself, and only had to save him from because he had just beat the shit out of him for talking to Marissa. And I know that he helped up Dawn at the Casino Night. But I'd bet that he has an alcoholic parent. Just that look... he had that look that totally conveyed that. And if not... well... that actor completely sent the wrong message. They're trying to make him have layers. I get that. But I don't see them. He still comes off as a completely asshole to me, especially tonight. Plus, he gets completely pissed off for no reason when Ryan and Marissa merely talk to one another, while, if you will remember quickly, he cheated on Marissa! Granted, they didn't show it, but he went off with another young, blonde girl on the beach without Marissa knowing. You cannot possibly tell me that they did not fool around, or at least make out. He cheated on Marissa. And now he's going ballistic because he thinks Marissa and Ryan like each other. Well get over it, you cheated on her, you have no right to act so jealous and idiotic. I HATE LUKE. =)

Seth: All right, I can't say everything I'd like to about Seth because that would take several hours. However, I am addressing something that I've seen other people talk about, which is Seth is somewhat selfish. Like that in the last episode, the only reason he wanted Ryan to stay was because he wanted a friend, and he started talking about Marissa and later Summer when it totally wasn't the time or place to talk about them. And then in this episode where he manipulated Ryan into going to the party with him when he totally didn't want to. I don't think he's selfish. I mean, he is, but it's completely accurate for an only child. Trust me, I know this ;) Only children are a lot like that (I'm generalizing majorly here, btw, but since I am an only child, I feel I have the authority to comment on this). It'll take awhile for him to get used to thinking about someone else. I mean, being an only child isn't an excuse for not thinking about people, but he's not used to having to think about a brother or sharing his... well, his life with anyone. I can't explain this very well, but basically, this is all very new to Seth, and he's adjusting to having a new brother. And on the aforementioned scenes. Well, I'll go through them. The Marissa thing. When at Juvie, at first he did ask Ryan how he was and such, but Ryan wasn't very responsive and I think he could tell he'd rather not talk about things, so he decided to move onto a lighter subject. Then later, he was just still curious since he didn't really get an answer the first time. The thing about Summer. I definitely think that A) again, he wanted to talk about a lighter subject because they had dealt with enough heavy things and B) it's possible that there was some time where they talked about a few things that were more serious before moving on to Summer. And to go back to A again, I will reiterate that I really don't think Ryan wanted to talk about things and was content with listening to Seth babble (plus, how cute was the "She said 'Blow on these' and it was obvious she was talking about those, but I being a gentleman blew on the dice..."). So that's my take on that. And plus, he is a 16-year old boy. I think that even if he was to be more selfish than he is now, it'd be completely realistic.

Seth/Ryan: As brothers in a platonic relationship. Ew. Minds out of the gutter, people! Anyways, I just wanted to say that I love the dynamic between the two and there needs to be loads of interaction between the two. I think I'd be satistfied if the whole episode just consisted of Ryan/Seth. Or just Seth, for that matter.

Seth/Summer: I want it to happen. I'm sorry, but... I don't get why people are like "Ew, Summer" so much. And I think that'd be good for them to get together and then break up. I mean, I don't want them to get married at all. I just think that Summer should gradually develop and realize how awesome Seth is and then realize she's starting to develop feelings for him. And it'd be nice for him to date her since he's longed for her for so long. I don't know, I just think a lot of good could come from the pairing. Plus, I like the actress who plays Summer (she's very convincing and I personally think she has pretty good chemistry with AB). I don't want the pairing right away because I think it's way too early for it (I think it's way too early for the Ryan/Marissa angst that's going on as well, but I'll get to that in a moment) but I think that somewhere in this season, it'd be good to finally get into that.

Ryan/Marissa: I like them more than I thought I would. Good chemistry, and BMK fucking rocks. However, despite me liking it, I think they're totally rushing things. There seems to be so much angst and... such about them when nothing has even happened yet. Although judging by the previews, it looks like they might kiss next week. And in all actuality, I'm fine with that, because I think it'll work. Anyways.

I think that's it. I've pretty much addressed everything I want to. Oh wait, one (well two) last thing: Marissa's mom? Sucks. Marissa's dad? Sucks.

Ok, so no more on the O.C. from me. You know, until I find some other O.C.-related thing to rant/rave about.

Oh, and one last thing. BTW this isn't directed at any one person, I'm just really annoyed, ok? [rant]I DON'T HAVE FUCKING SOUND! STOP GIVING ME SITES TO CHECK OUT THAT REQUIRE SOUND! STOP TELLING ME TO DOWNLOAD SONGS AND LISTEN TO THEM! I. DON'T. HAVE. SOUND! OK?! GOT IT?! GOOD.[/rant] Again not directed at any person, it's just a lot of people have completely forgotten I don't have sound despite how much I tell people I wish I did and bring it up all the time. I haven't had sound since January. 8 months. You'd think people would remember something like this after that much time, but no. But I've broughten [don't think that's a word] it up, everyone now knows for sure, now STOP MAKING ME DO THINGS THAT REQUIRE SOUND! Thank you.

Attempt at having one of those little question box thingies I tried before and failed at. Or something that's actually English and makes sense. Basically, this time, I'm hoping it'll work. So, yes. Got a question for me? Ask away =) Not that anyone will ever actually have a question for me. But that's besides the point.

Um, what else? Uh, I don't like marching. It's evil. Uh, freshman registration Thursday. You guys better come down to the field and come see us if you come before 12. If you come after 12, we should be around eating lunch. So, yeah. Come say hi :)

Think that's it. Itching to make a new layout right now, despite how much I like this one. P/J one coming... very soon. Possibly like... this weekend. I really should archive, but I'm too lazy. Not like anyone even reads the archives anyways.

Damn. This blend took me... well, from 9:15-ish to now. Part of it was I was almost done and then my computer died and I lost the graphic. Then from 10-11 my mom detangled my hair. But it took from 11:00 to now to redo. However, I am really proud of it. If it doesn't win anything... well, the graphics that beat it better be good. My next layout is definitely going to be P/J related somehow. Wheeeeeeeee. Ok, I should get to bed now since I have marching band tomorrow x.x Grrr. Only 5 more days, and then it'll be down to anhour a day. I can stand an hour. 3 hours, however, is torture. Sigh.

New layout! Told you I was getting into a graphic-making mood. I feel like there should be more purple in there, but no matter what I tried it came out really crappy, so I settled with this. There are a few minor things I don't like, but otherwise, I love this layout. And it's not any problems with the graphic. In fact, this is one of my favorite graphics I've done. This would look even better if there was no stupid blogger ad at the top, but I'll take what I can get. If I get pissed off enough at it, I can always get a pitas ;)

Um, other than that... blah. Bored now. I'll probably end up changing this layout in a few days, but right now I love it. So, yay for me.

Yet another. Can you tell that I'm bored? But hey, I'm getting into a graphic-making mood, so who knows? I may have a new layout ready by tonight!

5. Screen names: ...that's ok. I'd rather not have random people IMing me. If you want to get to know me, e-mail me and if I feel like it, I'll give you my screenname. 37. Youngest: Uh.... my cousin, I guess. I think she's 11 now.

66. Funniest: They're all funny in different ways.
67. Silliest: See above, replace funny with silly.

Like say, in Barnes and Noble, when Tina I believe was saying something about not knowing what masturbation was and asking someone on the bus home from some place (Knotts, I believe, but it could've been Disneyland too). And she was talking about this in a very very loud voice. In Barnes and Noble. About masturbation. [sigh]
70. Stupidest: ...dude just... no. None of my friends are stupid. Some might be better in certain areas, and some might get better grades than others, but none of my friends are stupid at all.

76. Friend you miss most: Hmmm. Either Sevi or Ilana.
77. Friend you've known the longest: That I'm still friends with... Adri, I believe. 1st grade, man. Long time.

1. Pick a band or artist with good lyrics
2. Answer the questions with ONLY LYRICS BY THEM

Artist: Simple Plan

1. Are you male or female?:
I'm just a kid, and life is a nightmare.
(I'm Just a Kid)

2. Describe yourself?:
This is who I am and this is what I like: GC, Sum, and Blink, and MXPX rocking my room. If you're looking for me I'll be at the show. I can never find a better place to go. Until the day I die, I promise I won't change.
(Grow Up)

3. How do they feel about you?:
Nobody cares, 'cause I'm alone and the world is having more fun than me.
(I'm Just a Kid)

4. How do you feel about yourself?:
I'm sorry I can't be perfect.
(Perfect)

5. Describe where you live?:
Sometimes this house feels like a prison, that I just can't leave behind.
(One Day)

6. Describe how you live?:
I don't wanna be told to grow up, and I don't wanna change, I just wanna have fun.
(Grow Up)

7. Describe how you love?:
I wanna feel the way you make me feel when I'm with you. I wanna be the only hand you need to hold onto.
(When I'm With You)

8. Share a few words of wisdom?:
Nothing's gonna change the things that you said. Nothing's gonna make this right again. Please don't turn your back. I can't believe it's hard just to talk to you, but you don't understand.
(Perfect)

9. Describe your best friend(s):
And where I go you'll be there with me. Forever you'll be right here with me. I'll meet you there, no matter where life takes me too; I'll meet you there.
(Meet You There)

That's actually kinda cool =) It was beginning to sound depressing at the beginning (originally the second question I had "I'm sorry I can't be perfect" but then I remembered Grow Up and realized it fit so much better). But I like how it is now. Somewhat accurate, besides the depressingness and the being alone in the world part. ;)

I haven't started the next layout yet and I honestly don't know if I will today. Depends on how bored I get and if I get into a graphic-making mood.

Hee! Ok, I went to that MASH online site that I plugged here weeks and weeks ago and I came out with this freaking awesome scenario:

You will live in a House.
You will drive a blue surf board.
You will marry Seth Cohen and have 1 kid.
You will be a drummer in rock band in San Francisco.

Freaking awesome, eh? I mean, ok first off, a house. That's good. I'd rather be in an apartment actually when I'm like... in my 20's, but once I'm settled down, a house would be better. Secondly, I drive a blue surf board. A blue surf board! How freaking awesome is that? ;) My explanation for that one? Well I was tired of going "Mercedes, BMW, Infinity" etc., so I decided to... change things up a little. Instead, my options were mini-jet, skateboard, surfboard, Mercedes, and BMW. So I kept the second two, primarily since I wanted some chance at semi-normality. And those were only the first two car types to pop into my head. I have no preference when it comes to cars. As long as it runs, it's fine by me. Next, on to Seth Cohen. Um, hello? Do I even need to explain why this is awesome? ;) I mean sure, I did set my options at Adam Brody, Seth Cohen, Dave Rigalsky (Gilmore Girls; character Adam Brody played), character AB played on Smallville, and Dustin (character AB played in Grind). Seeing a trend here? What?! Shut up. Besides, Seth Cohen is my top choice. And the 1 kid is good, since while I would like to eventually have a kid, I think I'll prolly quit after one. That sounded odd, but whatever. The last thing, I chose drummer in a rock band even though I'd rather be a guitarist or a singer is because I was sort of going on the AB theme here, and so the career choices corrolated (sp?) with the characters. For example, I had a sponsored skateboard pro as one of the choices. I also had an actor (for AB) and a laywer (since Seth's dad is a lawyer). I chose drummer because Lane (AB's character's girlfriend on GG) was a drummer in the band. San Francisco... I forget why that was a choice. I realized that with all my trying to corrolate everything, AB and Seth both came from southern CA. So one was Orange County (or rather, The O.C.) and the other was San Francisco. Deal with it. It's just a stupid game that doesn't matter but these are the best results I've gotten, like, ever.

Ok. I promised a rehash of yesterday and today's events, and I was too lazy to do it then, so I put it off. But it's here now. So, after band camp Friday Tina came to meet Jackie and I found out she was sleeping over. Then Jackie invited me to come too, so I came too. I also found out that Annie was coming as well. Let's think about this. Annie, Tina, Jackie, and me in a house with a lot of food and caffeine. ;) We played a lot of video games. I remember at 4 we attempted to play BS and we failed miserably and laughed at everything a lot. Um, not much really happened. I fell asleep at 6:30 after seeing the video for Girls and Boys on MTV. They were supposed to wake me up at 7:00, but did they? Noooooo... they let me sleep! What kind of person doesn't jump on her friends repeatedly and put ice down their pants to wake them up?! Hehe.

Then today we walked down to the Woodbridge center place and went to Barnes and Noble and to Ruby's and to the candy store OH that reminds me, I have candy in my pocket of my pants! And.. what else did we do? That's pretty much it. Then we walked over to Woodbridge to see Annie, but realized when we got there it was like... 2:00 and to get back to Jackie's by 3 we couldn't stay until 2:30, when Annie would get there for the car wash. When we were walking there we passed the sign people and someone was all "We should say 'Hey, our car wash is cheaper!' and then Tina actually did say it but I don't think they heard us. But then on the way to Jackie's house, we saw them ahead of us and I was saying "We shouldn't say anything rude cuz... I mean it's not their fault they ahve to do this. It's not like they have a choice." And then someone (Jackie, I think) said "We should say 'It's not your fault.'" and then somehow it got added "You were just born that way!" or something and we were kidding and then Tina asked what we were supposed to say when we were crossing the street and we told her and then she shouted that at them even though we were fucking kidding! And so one of them said something and then flipped her off.

I watched Amends! Go me! And I have the like... vision? of what my next layout is going to look like. If I succeed, it'll look really cool and different. So... yes. Again, working on it either tonight or tomorrow night. Probably tomorrow since I'm beginning to get tired and I found a bunch of sites I want to check out and stuff so... yeah. But who knows, I may stay up and work a little on it. At least decide some sort of color scheme, since I don't want to use blue again, even though I like it the most. I use too much blue.

I think that's it. New layout soon.

Well, that was a fun day =) Um, more about that in a sec. But first, I finally entered another blend in a challenge. It's for Amends. The second I remembered that line, I had to make the blend. The "Strong is fighting!" gives me chills just reading it. That line always makes me cry, if I'm not already bawling before that. Aaaand I decided to make that my next layout: Amends. It'll be somewhat like the blend, but probably a darker layout. Same idea, though, and featuring the same quote. Although maybe a bit more of it, the "we can do it together" part of it. Anyways. I don't know when that'll be up, but I'll be making it relatively soon. And don't worry! The Becoming Part 2 layout will come eventually. It just keeps getting pushed back by other layouts I want to put up. I'll be sure to make that one more amazing than any layout I've ever done, all right? That'll make up for it :) ...oh crap, I probably shouldn't say that because... ionno if I'll be able to. I'll try.

All right, I need to post this, and then I'll do another post about the past two days! :) Exciting, ain't it? Shut up. And... I have the incredible urge to watch Amends right now. I think I'll do so after dinner. Then I'll be even more incouraged to make the new layout. :)

Thursday, August 21, 2003

OMFG. Ok, another site. Freaking hilarious. Some of those laws are just... like, wth?! I would copy and paste some, but then I'd end up copying and pasting almost every one. So instead, you'll just have to check it out yourself. ;)

Oh my fucking god. This is too hilarious. BWAHAHAHAHAHHHA! Yeah. Check it out. Click on all the different links and such inside it. It's hilarious. And to get out of it, all you have to do is press alt+F4. Bwah. It's awesome.

What with summer wasting away and many people being bored out of their minds [no, that's not a non sequitar. Go away], i-am-bored.com is a site you should check out. There are tons of hilarious sites archived there. For instance, so bored you want to learn how to be a ninja? Or maybe you'd like a critical analysis of "Bling Bling? Dude, the sites are endless, and there are loads of different categories to check out. Entertainment, quizzes, games, funny stuff, whatever, they're all awesome. So go go go and don't complain about being bored. Right now, I would love to be bored every morning. But instead, I'm marching for three hours and ending up with an entirely too sore back and shoulders by the end of the day. And once school starts, you'll be wishing you hadn't wasted so many hours complaining about how bored you were because you'd much rather be sitting around with nothing to do than writing an essay or cramming for finals.

That's not directed at any one person, I've just noticed that a lot of people keep saying to me that they're bored. Well you won't be soon enough, ok? And if you're still pouting about how bored you are, then go check out the site.

Again, not meaning to be rude or whatever, but... I'm just very grumpy and... annoyed. Deal with it.

That said, X-Games are over, which sucks. But hey, there's always the winter games. Dude, it'd be so fucking awesome if I could go! That thought just occured to me... what if, instead of Big Bear, we went to... where is it? Oh yes, Aspen, for winter break? I would so love that. Wheeeeeee.

And Brian Deegan? Is fucking amazing. He rocks. =)

I'm like... really irritatible (spelling's off, I don't care to spell it right, deal with it :)) today. I don't know why. In fact, I have been the past few afternoons. It's gotta be the marching. I mean, marching for 3 hours a day (and then playing for 2 hours afterwards) and having incredibly sore shoulders and being incredibly tired afterwards is enough to make a person grumpy. I'm just mentioning this because if I'm rude to you or... angry or whatever, it's not because of you. I'm just very grumpy. I won't be that way this weekend, so wait til then.

Hm. Marching band... well it doesn't suck, per se, but it's boring. I. Can't. March. And I don't care to either. Marching is stupid. I dun like it. Mostly because I can't do it, but still. I don't know. The only reason I'm doing it is for PE credits. x.x I'm just happy it's only until Novemberish. I'll probably like it more if I get better at it. But right now... it makes me all sore and achy and grumpy so it's evil.

The band part, however, I like. Last year band was super boring, but I think that was just because the stuff was so easy and... I needed a change of scenery. Because now there are a bunch of people I don't know, a new band director person, new music, and very hard music. I like the 2 hours of band, except that after awhile, but shoulders and back really hurt and I "bust my chops" as my old clarinet teacher said. Which means, I can't blow anymore air into the instrument. My mouth goes all... [sound of deflating balloon]. So yeah. Maybe if we had like... an hour before lunch and an hour after. Or maybe if I just practiced more. Nah. Work is bad =)

Hm. X-Games tonight. Final night [weep] I might take down this layout and put up the Adam Brody one again, but I might keep this. Undecided at the moment. I think I'll probably leave it up until I make a new layout.

Wednesday, August 20, 2003

There was a power outage at my house from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM Monday afternoon. I missed the X-Games from 6-8 PM. I hate the power company x.x And then when I was at band camp, there was this power surge which blew my mom's TV (doesn't work at all now... and it's a big screen, really expensive) and our computers died. My mom revived them but she didn't do it til this morning so I was without computer/internet all day yesterday. GRRR I hate... STUFF. x.x

Anyways, on to X-Games. Missed it Monday. Wanted to kill things. Then yesterday there was this 13 year old kid (youngest competitor ever in the X-Games) who got gold in this skateboard thing. It was fucking awesome. Imagine how great he'll be when he's like... 17. Or 30. There are a lot of 30-year old competitors.

Um, what else? The O.C. last night! I'll probably come back with favorite lines/scenes from it, but basically? Still maintaining the quality of the first two episodes. Fucking awesome. And I love Seth :)

I really don't have anything else to say except marching for 3 hours is evil. My back really hurts and so do my shoulders. I almost wish school would start so the marching band practice would only be 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Sigh.

Now I need to go catch up with... everything. Anyways.

Sunday, August 17, 2003

Wheeeeeeeeeeee X-Games fucking rock! Tomorrow at 2 PM and 6 PM. Luckily tomorrow band camp ends at noon [it's not like... actually band-ness. We're just like... we don't even have to bring our instruments, it's just for basic shit and such] so I don't have to bother taping it. Except I think I have to walk home, which sucks, but I might get a ride there. Blah. I want that to be over so I can go home and watch TRL and the X-games.

I would rave more about what happened at the X-Games, but I'm kind of doing that with Annie now. You know what, I think I'm just going to copy and paste the convo. Wheeeee.

Me: OMFG RYAN NYQUIST IS AWESOME
Me: yeah... the x-games rock
Me: you shoulda forced me to watch them last summer
Me: you see my layout on my blog? ;-)

Annie: Grrr I HAVE to see aggressive inline you just don't KNOW X.x
Annie: ...I like inline...
Annie: ...
Me: thought something was a flair cuz they were calling it a flair and then on the replay they called it a corkscrew
Annie: *shutsu p*
Me: hahahah
Annie: XD
Annie: maybe its just the samet hing *shrug*
Annie: Haa.. .now you see why I was raving about it last year ;-)

Me: ...so yeah
Me: YES i do
Annie: XD

Annie: I didn't see like the last half hour or so... Thank God I know how to work the tape recorder ;-)
Me: : i was laughing at that one
Annie: XD it was
Me: hahahaha good job
Me: the last half hour of the... the 8:30-9:00ness?
Annie: yeah
Me: well... the travis guy attempted a 360 and failed and then his time was up but he went back and did a 360 and did it!
Me: he won
Annie: XD wooo!
Annie: ..Mike Metzger would have won... okay, sorry, no *shuts up*
Me: brian deegan got... 3rd? yeah. and... nate adams (i think that's the last name) got second
Me: hahahahahahahha
Me: nate adam's first run that i saw was fucking awesome... but then the second run from him wasn't as great and he didn't do as many backflips
Me: and travis did a backflip right outta the gate and like... nobdoy does that, so it was fucking awesome
Annie: Gah... I think if I were at California Adventure when Mike Metzger got injured, I would be like yelling at everyone and riding on top his ambulance or whatever
Annie: XD
Annie: Last year backflip was barely an option.. now... its either you got it or you're out of the finals(pretty much)
Me: bwahahahaha and yes, i know
Annie: Grrrr it makes me want to ry to race supercross
Annie: ..e.xcept I'dd ie.. so... no..
Me: and then like.... the first 360 on motocross ever... and then another one landed... fucking awesome
Annie: XD lets build a ramp in one of our backyards
Me: next year there'll be more of them, i bet
Annie: XD
Me: YES
Me: that'd be awesome
Annie: probably
Annie: more variatiosn too
Me: i wanna learn skateboarding more but... motocross would be awesome
Annie: ..e.xcept they can't do the... thing... bar spin yes
Annie: XD
Me: yes
Annie: THey can't do 360 barspins XD
Me: haha no
Annie: ...You know, we're never going to be able to build a ramp
Me: ...shuddap
Me: well you're right
Me: but shuddap anyways
Annie: and if you get (reasonably) good at skateboarding, you can ust go to Boomers
Annie: XD
Me: yes!
Me: that's what i wanna do
Me: i just gotta learn how to skateboard first!
Annie: but if I want to do a park thing for inlines, then I gotta go like... far away... so... not cool...
Annie: Dude... we should build a skatepark...
Annie: SHUT UP I DONT' CARE ITS IMPOSSIBLE
Me: hahahahhaha YES
Annie: XD
Annie: Woo... I think the best thing on vert is like... if you have high amplitude... cuz.. it looks cool... ... and... stuff...
Me: yes
Annie: Tiffany doesn't care about the X Games ;-)
Annie: We need to convert her goodly
Me: i like the thingy with the skateboarders where you're all... kinda upside down and hanging onto the ramp with a hand and then holding the skateboard.. you know? I NEED TO LEARN MORE NAMES
Annie: XD yeah
Annie: I do
Me: and YESSSS I WAS JUST GONNA SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THAT
Annie: I don't know what its called either
Me: she needs to watch the X-games
Me: all i know is the lazy-boy...
Me: and the backflip
Me: cuz... that's obvious
Me: and the 360
Me: but other than that
Me: wlel and all the 720/540/900 stuff

We talked more after that, but it was more about us learning to skateboard/inline than the X-games. Blah, I have to go do the bird cages now but... yeah. Anyways. X-Games fucking rock. =)

So, I was just obsessive enough to make a new layout. I know, I used to have layouts up for weeks, even months at a time, and now I change it every three days. But but! I can't help it! I reeeally wanted to make a new layout for the X-Games [particularly because they'll be over soon, and so the layout will be out of date] and so I decided just to fool around in PSP and I loved what I came up with and then it evolved into this! I still have the AB script saved, so when the X-Games are over, I'll either put it back up, leave this one up because I'm a lazy fool, or put up a new layout.

Anyways, about this layout. When I made the layout, I decided I wanted it to be light-bluish since I pretty recently had a dark blue-ish [well black and a kind of electric blue] layout. Um, obvious why I chose this for my new layout. I really like the boxy-ness of the old layout, so I just altered the codes slightly and made the boxes a little thinner and farther apart. Plus, the borders are a little bigger. Anyways, tell me what you think [and if you want to hit me for changing my layout so frequently] in my tag. And now I'm off to... do something else. Not sure what, actually. I made this layout partially because I was so fucking bored I might as well. I guess I'll go yell at people on the MTV boards or something ;)

Holy shit, Ryan Nyquist is fucking awesome. Dude, all of them are. The X-games were on at 1 pm and they're fucking awesome. It's crazy. There's more on at 7, I believe. Eeee, I'm all... freaking happy. Cuz... it's just... amazing. I think I like watching the BMX a little more than skateboarding, but I think I'd rather skateboard. And yes, I do feel another layout coming on. Shhh, go away. My list of layouts is too long x.x But I know what my next one is going to be, and then my one after that, and then my one after that. So ooh burn. [sticks tongue out]

Anyways. Nothing else to say but that, really. X-Games are fucking awesome.

Edit: And BWAH! The first person they showed for the motocross was named Dustin! First I was all "Annie is so... laughing/cheering/something-ing at this right now..." and then I was all "...DUSTIN!" 'Cause you know, that was AB's character in Grind! Anyways. It made me laugh a little. That is all.

Saturday, August 16, 2003

Soooo... I just watched that stupid ABC Family Channel movie, See Jane Date.

It was awesome. HOLLY MARIE COMBS AND CHARISMA CARPENTER! I thought it'd be utter crap but, hey, HMC! Gotta watch. She's just amazing. She actually made me cry during it, when she told her mom she was pregnant. God, Holly is such a phenomenal actress. Love her. I am so putting up a Holly layout. That is, after the Perfect and Becoming Part 2 layouts. Or maybe before. Well it'll most probably be after the Becoming Part 2 layout since I'll be making that soon, but it'll probably be before the Perfect layout because I have yet to find screencaps for it. And the Holly layout I can make whenever I want, seeing as I have so many pictures of her saved to my computer.

So, spectrum today! Annie, Tiffany, and I saw Grind! ADAM BRODY! ON THE BIG SCREEN! FOR LIKE, TWO HOURS! YAY! I loved his character. I know that Annie and Tiffany liked that other character that was all crazy a lot but... Dustin was best. Adam Brody's character ;) And not just because I'm obsessed with him. He was the only one of them that was intelligent, and plus he was rocking that plaid ;) Seriously, AB is an awesome actor. And the dancing! BWAH the dancing! That cracked me up so bad. And BWAH TO ALL THE CLOWNS! Tiffany was all.. yeah. Have I mentioned she doesn't like clowns? AND THEN MIMES! BWAH! Awww sorry Tiffany... but it was very funny! Thought not to you, I suppose.

Anyways, completely predictable (and unlikely -- I mean if that skate-off had actually happened, he'd be thrown out for skating where he wasn't supposed to) movie, but I loved it. First of all, Adam Brody. I can't get enough of him. And his character! I loved the character. Hello, his name is Dustin! ;) And secondly, all the skateboarding! I loooove watching people do shit like that. Fucking awesome. I really want to be able to skateboard. Ok, I'm declaring now that Tiffany, Annie, and I are learning to skateboard. Like, farther than a foot. WE CAN DO IT! YES! ;)

Anyways, other than that, I got 2 magazines and the Rufio CD. It's really good, I'll probably add them to my long list of favorite bands :) Um tomorrow... doing nothing. My last day of nothing, seeing as band camp starts Monday. Shit. I reeeeally don't want to go. It's oging to be so fucking boring. Plus! I won't be able to eat anything there with my stupid bands. And I lost my little plastic thingy, so I can't even consider taking them on and off there. Grrrrrr. Oh shit, I have to put them back on... whatever, I'll put them on after I brush my teeth. Blah, I hate having to wear those stupid things x.x Anyways. Band camp is going to be so evil. It needs to die.

Um. Yes, that's it. I need to save my money because they have both the season 1 and season 4 Buffy DVD's at FYE now. Although I'm not sure if I am capable of saving money.

Grrrr. I got my hair streaked, but it's only four small streaks. I wanted more, but then it took over 3 hours [they said it would only be 2], so more would be bad. But my mom's all "oh yeah, it should be subtle... thin streaks... four is good!" Grrrrrrrrr.

Hrm. Then as soon as I came homke [it was 1:05... I had gone to the hairdresser at 9:30] I turned on TRL. Except it wasn't TRL, because of the blackout. They just showed random videos. But they showed Perfect, so it was all right. I ate about 5 pieces of pasta, and then Tiffany called. Right after Tiffany called [and I agreed to go to her house], Lulu called and wanted to know if she could come over [like we had talked about yesterday] to watch Buffy DVD's. In the end Lulu and I went to Tiffany's house [Annie came too]. It was amusing, as always :)

My internet wasn't working when I got home x.x I watched TV and I was going to watch Lover's Walk but I decided to check if the internet was working and it was so I decided instead to just go back out there when the Wish aired [it'll be at 7]. Then at 9 I'm going to watch the repeat of The O.C. I don't know what I'm going to do at 8; either find something to watch or go back online. [shrug]

That's really it. I feel very... non active. Non energetic.

I found on a different site the same survey I just took, except ther were more questions. So:

49. Do you write poetry?: no
50. Do you snore? If you do, how did you find out?: I'm not sure, but I probably do. My sinuses are all blocked and I can't really breathe through my nose, so... yeah. I probably do.
51. Do you sleep more on your back, front, or sides?: I toss and turn a lot. Mostly on my sides, I guess, but sometimes on my back.
52. Would you rather have a poodle or a Rottweiler?: Uh... poodle. Because it would work better in my house. And my uncle has a poodle and it's adorable. Yay Petey! :)
53. Do you lick stamps? Envelopes?: When they need to be... yes O_o But not for fun or anything because... that's really weird.
54. Do you use an electric can opener?: ...I don't eat canned food, so no.
55. Have you ridden in a hot air balloon?: No.
56. Which hurts the most, physical or emotional pain?: You know, I could be all deep and say emotional because it "leaves scars forever" and such but... physical pain, completely. This could be slightly effected since my teeth are killing me right now [FUCKING BRACES!] and were in even more pain earlier. But at the moment... physical pain. I mean I won't deny that emotional pain hurts but... physical pain is worse for me.
57. Do you think balding men should shave their heads?: YES BECAUSE BALD HEADS ARE SEXY! [cough] What? I said nothing. Um, only if they want to. I really don't care.
58. Do you know anyone who is clinically depressed?: Not that I know of. Hey, if you are, IM me. Talk to me. Because... I want all of my friends to be happy, so I'd do everything in my power to help.
59. Do you prefer a piano or a violin?: Um, piano because I can actually play it and violin sucks unless the person is really good.
60. Are you a sex addict?: O_o No.
61. Do you know someone who has cancer?: ...technically, yes. But it's skin cancer, so it's treatable [that'd be my mom, btw. She's getting it removed sometime next week, if you care].
62. Do you like to argue?: I love it so much. I'm constantly arguing. IT'S NOT MY FAULT! My dad's a lawyer, it runs in the family.
63. Do you hunt?: ...no.
64. Do you like fast food joints, or expensive restaurants?: Fast food joints. Yeah, I'm an incredibly picky eater, so I can never find anything I like at expensive restaurants. Plus fast food joints are cheap.
65. Would you rather visit a zoo or an art museum?: Art museum. Art is pretty =) One of the only things I enjoy when going on vacation with my parents.
66. Do you have a middle name? What is it?: I told you this already, remember? It was my deep secret! Yes, and Marie. But... I dont like telling people. It's fun when they guess and stuff!
67. Are you basically a happy person?: Yes
68. Are you tired?: I fell asleep at 2 AM and had to get up at 7:00 AM for my orthodontist appointment. And I didn't even have any coffee like SOME people. What do you think?
69. Did you drink anything with caffeine in it today?: As a matter of fact, I'm sipping a Pepsi right now. Mmm caffeine.
70. How long is your hair?: Medium longish
71. What color of eyes do you prefer?: blue

1. What facial feature do you find the most atractive?: Hm. Smile or eyes.
2. Would you vote for a woman candidate for president?: I wouldn't vote on her just because she was a woman candidate. But if you're asking in general if like... well if you're basically asking if I'm sexist, than no, I'm not sexist. I would definitely vote for a woman candidate if I liked her points of views on 'this issues' and such. Probably not if she was a Republican, though.
3. Would you marry for money?: No. I can make a name of myself and make my own money. In fact, I'd probably rather be the working person.
4. Have you had braces?: Had and have.
5. Do you pluck your eyebrows?: ...no.
6.Do you ever cut or hurt yourself?: Never cut. Hurt myself? Not purposely.
7. When was the last time you had a hickey? Never kissed a guy. Move on.
8. Could you live without a computer?: Obviously I could live without one, but if you mean I'm very dependent on my computer and would kill things [well not literally] if I didn't have one? Yes.
9. Do you use ICQ, AOL Buddy list etc..?: AIM
10. If so, how many people are on your list(s)?: Uh... 71.
11. If you could live in any past time period, which would it be?: I like this time period.
12. Do you drink enough water?: Yeah, I usually have several water bottles a day.
13. Do you wear shoes in the house or take them off? Who wears shoes in the house? I mean besides my mom, but she's weird. I'm barefoot, man :)
14. What is your favorite fruit?: Uh... watermelon, apples, pears, and such.
15. Do you eat wheat bread or white?: White
16. What is your favorite place to visit?: Uh... France. I like New York. England.
17. What is the last movie you saw at home?: At... my house? Uh... OH! It would've been the Lord of the Rings DVD my mom got for me for my birthday. Last January. It was awhile ago.
18. Do you kiss on the first date?: I don't date, but if I like the guy, then sure. I don't get the big deal about kissing on the first date. It's not like you're marrying the guy, and you're not proclaiming your love for him forever. It doesn't make you a slut. It's just a kiss.
19. Are you photogenic?: Is there really anyone photogenic besides celebrities? I mean, really.
20. Do you dream in color or black and white?: color
21. Are you wearing fingernail polish?: Yes. I AM! On.. my thumb.
22. Do you have any dimples?: nope
23. Do you remember being born?: ...no O_o
24. Why do you take surveys?: Because I'm bored.
25. Do you drink alcohol?: Never have [well, ok. I took a sip of wine once when I was young because my mom said I could because I wanted to know what it tasted like. But I do not count that] never will.
26. Did you like or do you like high school?: Wait a few months and I'll tell you.
27. What is the most beautiful language?: French! Have you heard it? It's like, so fluent and pretty.
28. When you are asleep do you like being kissed awake?: I'd hit them for waking me up ;) Although I suppose it would be a better way to wake up then just... waking up. Unless it was someone I didn't like. Obviously.
29. Do you like sunrises or sunsets the most?: Oh, I don't care. Ok, sunrises because I never see them, so they're more "mysterious".
30. Do you want to live to be 100?: Depends. If I was incredibly happy at, say, 80, then probably not. But if I'm living happily... why not? And I'd rather live to be 100 then live to be 15 and die.
31. Do you think women should be expected to shave their body hair?: Unless guys are expected to shave their body hair, no, I don't think they should be expected to. If a person wants to because... they really want to, then that's fine. Body hair doesn't make you "manly" or whatever, though. I don't see why women should be expected to but men are cooler if they're harrier. I mean, I do myself, but I still don't think that people should make a big deal out of it if someone doesn't want to.
32. Do you like salty food or sugary food the most?: sugary
33. Is a flat stomach important to you?: On who? Me? Well, obviously I'd prefer it. On a guy? Doesn't matter, although I prefer scrawny guys.
34. Do you or have you played with a Ouija board?: Nope. Those things are stupid.
35. Are you loyal?: To my friends/boyfriend [well, when I get one]? Yes. To my country? Fuck no.
36. Are you tolerant of other people's beliefs?: Yes. I may personally disagree with it, but if a person believes in something, then that's fine with me. The only thing I'm not tolerant of is when they force their beliefs upon me.
37. When you watch movies at home, do you like the lights on or off?: Off
38. Do you believe in magic?: nope
39. Do you have nightmares frequently?: nope
40. Do you like your nose?: It's... fine. O_o
41. Do you like abstract art?: love it
42. Do you think you can draw well?: I'm all right
43. Do you listen to music daily?: More like all-the-time-ly.
44. Do you like to watch cartoons?: No
45. At what age did you find out that Santa Claus wasn't real?: I think I always knew, really. When I was three I asked my mom "Why does Santa have the same wrapping paper as you?" My parents never had to tell me.
46. How many pairs of shoes do have in your closet?: No clue. Lots. Ranging back from like, 4th grade.
47. Do you like to wear the same shoes everyday or do you like a variety?: If the back of my foot is healed, I have socks on, and I'm like going to somewhere I don't have to walk a lot, my new shoes. Otherwise, my old ones. So... I don't really care about variety. I just wear whatever goes with the situation.

OH! I forgot! I won an award [Honorable Mention] for that Earshot graphic. And I'm really pleased because the only awards given were Gold, Silver, Bronze, and two honerable mentions, so it's better than it sounds.

I'll go on about TRL in a moment, but first I have to talk about my teeth. Which are in serious pain x.x I had an orthodontist appointment this morning and shit, my mouth hurts. They tightened like... everything possible and now I have to wear these elastic things which connect the top to the bottom. Which means I can't yawn with them in, shout, smile really big, laugh really hard, or barely talk. And they hurt like hell. And the only times I don't have to wear them is when I'm brushing my teeth and when I'm eating. I have the urge to brush my teeth and eat constantly right now.

Anyways, positiveness! Today GC retired, but that'll come in a sec. The second the #10 video was announced I was all *stomach churn* and it was Dream and I knew instantly SP couldn't be on the countdown. I mean, it'd be one thing if it was like Beyonce, but Dream wasn't even on the countdown yesterday. So one video had to go off for it to be on. And Simple Plan was at #10 yesterday, so it was the obvious video, right?

Then they announced #9. The second they started talking about the VMA' s I was all "SIMPLE PLAN! ...nah, they're not talking about them. I mean, Beyonce's up for several VMA's and so are a lot of the artists on the countdown" but then they said "This artists up for best new artist in a video" or whatever and I knew it was them. And it was :D Yaaaaay Simple Plan at #9! I loooove that video! I love it more everytime I see it. I really feel a Perfect video layout coming up in the very very new future. However, during the video at the bottom there was a random fact and it said "Chuck and Pierre used to be in a band called Rewind." DUDE! IT'S CALLED RESET! It's not that hard to find out! I have no idea where they got Rewind from. Oh well, at least it's better than when they said Simple Plan used to be called Reset. That pissed me off.

At #5 I was all [frown] "It's GC, isn't it?" but then it was HILARY DUFF! BWAH! When I heard that I was instantly [point at TV] "HA!!!!" Anyways. Before the next commercial break, they mentioned GC retiring, so I knew it would retire at either #4 or #3. #4 would be all right since it beat Hilary Duff on its last day, but I really wanted to them retire in the top 3 since that's where they entered the countdown. However, when they announced #4 I was expecting it to be GC.

It was Christina Aguilera. I was all [eyebrows raise] "Yay!" But then I knew it was going to retire at #3. Still, #3 was really good. That's where they debuted, after all. It'd only be fitting that they retire there. I should've known by now to stop assuming where videos would be on the countdown. 50 Cent was at #3. I was all [shock]. Then much glee and happiness.

It retired at #2, and I am very happy. I loved that video because it cracked me up everytime I watched it. Can't wait til the one for Hold On, if they decide to do one.

In other related news, Mest was a wannabe. You know what would be awesome? Since GC's off the countdown, there's a space left. It'd be so fucking awesome if Mest filled it. I mean, wouldn't that be perfect? Sure, GC's gone, but we have Mest in their place! :D You know, last time a GC video retired, the SP video shot up the countdown and even reached #1. Maybe GC's retirement is a good thing for the SP video ;) Anyways. I also feel the urge to make a "Girls and Boys" layout in honor of their retirement. Blah, I'll make one sometime in the future. I mean, I already was planning on it, just not so soon. And I don't think I'll make it so soon anyways. The Perfect one is the next one if I can find screencaps, and I also still want a Becoming Part 2 layout.

That's about it. I think I'm going to find more surveys to take because I'm bored silly. :)

Edit: I wanted to mention that there are two songs right now that I really like. I mean... grr. There are many songs I like. But right now there are two songs that I don't have on any of my CD's that I am really happy about when they come on the radio.

"The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows" - Brand New: Love the song in general, love the band, really need their newest CD [Deja Entendu]. The video for this is fucking awesome, albeit slightly creepy.

"Numb" - Linkin Park: Most LP songs sound a lot alike to me. I used to really like Linkin Park [although I didn't have their CD] but once I heard Somewhere I Belong... I don't know, it just sounded like everything else they played. Same with Faint. I mean they were good songs, they just weren't anything spectacular [IMO], and I didn't really care about them. But Numb... I really like Numb. I don't think it sounds as much like their other songs, and it's really awesome.

So that's that. Check the songs out. I'll be finding some surveys now.

What is your most prized possession: My CD's
What is the worst song you've ever heard: Oh, there are loads. I suppose "Why Not" by Hilary Duff. "Sk8er Boi" by Avril. "In Da Club" - 50 Cent, "Rock Your Body" - Justin Timberlake, and "Bump Bump Bump" - B2K. And there's a lot more, but it's getting close to midnight, so I'm stopping there.
What is the most embarrassing CD you own: I had bad taste in music when I was in third grade. I liked pop and suff. I haven't thrown away the CD's I had then because that's wasteful, but I don't want to give it to the more needy because that's just cruel. I wouldn't want to subject anyone [well maybe some people] to that. So they're in a drawer in my room which will remain closed forever. At least until I move out. So.. yeah. I'm not naming them, but I'm sure you can get an idea.

What (was/will be) the best day of your life: At the moment, the GC Beach Party and Warped and Civic Tour. Those three days were the best of this year.
What are you thinking about right now: Not much. Answer this survey. And those concerts because... I jsut mentioned them.

Mom: Explains things too much. When she's like, talking, she'll start going off onto other stories and explaining every single detail to people who don't fucking care. ...that sounds a bit like me o_____o So that's wehre I get it from. BUT IT PISSES ME OFF!
